has audit Experience across a vast range of industries, including financial, automotive, industrial and consumer goods sector, having audited clients, National Brands Limited, Kuehne & Nagel, MAN Truck and Bus, Zest Electric Motors, Safika Holdings, Emersons Process Management and AECI Mali.
John has also held various senior executive roles within the telecommunications and waste industry, before returning into audit. He sits on Audit Risk and Compliance Committees of Engineering Council of South Africa, and BCE Institute, as well as director of other entities.
He has provided management consulting to serval business turning them around to profitability and has vast tax knowledge dealing with company and individual taxes.
Yaw has wide range experience in management consulting, financial services, asset management, and manufacturing.
He brings extensive knowledge and experience in leading and delivery of projects, proposition design, corporate strategy and digital innovation having led several strategic projects and transactions in the financial services sector at Absa and Lanroc.
Yaw has held various executive roles within the financial services, manufacturing and property industries.
He has provided consulting and advised a number of clients across various sectors including financial services, mining, manufacturing, engineering services, property, healthcare, and retail. Yaw is also a qualified leadership coach
Mr Lundi Mdingi is a qualified chartered accountant and registered auditor with SAICA and IRBA respectively.
Lundi has extensive knowledge of financial best practice, internal controls and has proven experience in leading the arrangement of funding packages for infrastructure deals as well as monitoring concession company performances.
Lundi also brings board experience, being a vital member of the board and board committees that he serves on.
OBB Appiah (Naasei) is the Chief Financial Officer at Cricket South Africa. A qualified Chartered Accountant by Profession and former Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche, Johannesburg.
Naasei has experience in a wide range of financial services. He has audit experience across a vast range of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, industrial, mining, aviation, services, entertainment, pharmaceutical and consumer goods sector, having audited clients such as Barloworld, Imperial, Nu Metro, Sterkenikor, Incredible Connection, Emerald Casino, Safripol, Lundbeck Pharmaceutical, Nandos, Goldwell, Next Entertainment, The Boeing Company, Coal Valley Inc. to mention but a few.
Naasei holds a BCompt degree from the Walter Sisulu University and B Comm Acc (Hons) from the University of Johannesburg and completed his articles at Deloitte & Touche in Johannesburg.
